My scientific work produced two open-source programs for analysing
small-angle scattering data, which I co-developed: SASfit and McSAS.

SASfit

SASfit is an open-source program for curve fitting and analysis of measurement data from small-angle scattering methods such as SAXS or SANS, using non-linear optimisation. It is used in analytical and biological chemistry to investigate particles in the nanometre range.

McSAS

McSAS is likewise an open-source program for determining size distributions from measurement data of small-angle scattering methods such as SAXS or SANS, based on a Monte Carlo approach. Like SASfit, it is used in analytical and biological chemistry to investigate particles in the nanometre range.
